A good price to pay

For a male and a female (pair), what is a good price to pay for a red tail boa?

i've already given the guy at constrictors.com a call....waiting to hear from him.

also i've dealt with Alex Hue before. He is a great guy...very nice and willing to help out in any way that he could...
the problem was me.

i had money issues and kept telling him "next week" and when i finally did have the money, my card was declined. i'm scared to go back to him because i don't want him thinking i'm trying to screw him over....

am i being rediculous? or should i try to buy from him again?
