    New Tubs and New Hides
So today I decided to take my larger snakes out of their 15qt tubs which I'm told is much too small for them. I was going to go with a 27qt setup, but found some great 35's for the same price with locking lids. I bought 3 and came home to set them up. My snakes didn't have hides before, they just got under their paper. I was battling to figure out how big of a hide to make them and this is what I got. Can you guys tell me from the pictures if they are too tight? I'm going to try and get some better pictures of the snakes full size. http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/12...eff90daff2.jpghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/12...60d248f80e.jpg

I also have my larger female (1100g)who won't eat in anything but a 15qt. She is getting a slightly larger hide with the same setup.

It's hard to tell without seeing the whole snake under the hide but those look ok. What are they made out of?

Ill try to turn them upside down and put the snakes in it tonight to see what it looks like. They are just big tupperware bowls.

ball pythons prefer there hides to be a nice tight fit, as this makes them feel secure.

My only concern is they look spray painted. I hope there not off gassing.
