Pet rats - need info

Hi,



i kinda want to get a pet rat. but i hear that they do better with two or more together



but, i know NOTHING about taking care of them at all. and i tried to do a search on them, but didnt come up with anything



so basically i need the basics of how to take care of them, thanks.

Yes rats should be kept in pairs or more.

How on earth did you search for pet rat care and not come up with like... a million pages?

www.martinscages.com is a great place to get a rat cage. If you do buy one here, definately get powdercoated, galvanized rusts, and the painted ones get the paint chewed off which could be toxic.
