wet substrate question

    i just noticed that my snake tipped over his water dish and now the paper towel adn newspaper are wet. he is now sleeping in his hide. should i wake him up to change the newspaper, or can i leave it and let it dry on its own?

    Please change it.. you don't want to mess around with that. My poor baby got blister disease and died.. in part because of tipping her water dish. :cry:

    LoL Lucky. YA wet substrate is never a good thing, my snake has scale rot im pretty sure is due to overly we substrate. For fucher reference always clean area if water dish tips or anything like that.
