    Age Difference?
Hi everybody, I am thinking about breeding my male Firemon to my friends female firefly, his female is already an adult proven breeder, and mine is a 2015 hatch. When and if we breed them, would there be any problems with the age gap? Thanks, Ethan

No problems. To them, age is merely a number. Just kidding. The males typically reach breeding size and age at 500-700 grams and about a year old.

Thanks, do you have any other tips for a first time breeder?

My tip to first time breeders is: once you have eggs, LEAVE THEM ALONE! I ruined a perfectly good pewter clutch a couple years back because I would constantly pull out the egg box to look at the eggs and room temp was too cold.
