Vision Products shipping estimates?

Does anybody know how long it takes before Vision Products ships out an order? I recently placed and order last week and yet to receive an email notification or anything.

answer is - it depends. I went through purgatory and back with vision trying to get my room redone with vision cages for my retics. I've placed multiple orders with the company and everytime it was different. It depends on if they have the product in stock, if they are manufacturing your product still, if there is a waiting list, how far are you on that list, etc.

In a rough estimate, it took 2 weeks to get ONE cage that was from their scratch and dent section, and in stock ready to ship. It took 12 weeks to get my order of 4 V600, and it took me 5 weeks to get my stack of V400's in. Again, when I ordered my V221 it only took about 1 week since they were in stock and shipped via fedex instead of freight. Email them directly with your concern, if the delay is unacceptable, tell them. They will generally throw an additional discount at you if they can, or they will add some locks.

Yea, I went ahead and took your advice Reptileexperts and I sent them and email so hopefully they'll get back to me within a couple days or so.
