Where to buy online feeder rats?
I'm kind of tired of having to drive to a pet store or having to occasionally pick up frozen rats at reptile expos. Do you guys know the best website to get cheap rodents, preferably rats?

Rodent Pro, Big Cheese rodents and Layne Labs seem to be pretty popular here.

You have to check everyone's shipping price along with their rat prices to know who's the cheapest. Lucky for you I live in FL (Tampa) I pretty much just did that, perfectprey.com is the cheapest I found. They're at least 11 dollars cheaper on shipping and prices for rats are just about the cheapest I've found. They ship Mondays and Tuesdays but told me since I lived in FL they would also ship on Wednesday.

I liked Big Cheese Rodent Factory...

I really did not like Rodent Pro. Especially since I ordered from Big Cheese first, I've already seen quality. :P Rodent Pro doesn't freezer seal their packs of rats, so they're all just kinda loose in a bag, not lined up or anything either. And when my order arrived, some of the rats were even semi-thawed and bleeding out of the nose already... It was not good. And they're more expensive than Big Cheese even! (At least for me) I didn't bother contacting them about the semi-thawed situation, because even if they sent me some more rats... I can't fit any more in my freezer. LOL

Big Cheese's order was neatly lined up and freezer sealed. All were completely frozen. :gj:

I just got in an order from The Big Cheese and I was very happy. Right now they are also doing $29 flat shipping. I'll use them again. My only complaint was they only had pinkies in packs of 50.

^this. Shipping really depends on where you are located. I've used RodentPro, American Rodent Supply, and Perfect Prey. RodentPro's prices were decent, but the quality wasn't that great. I've had great experiences both times I've ordered from Perfect Prey, and I'll be ordering from them again. Great customer service!

Perfect prey was who I was trying to think of, but for some reason rodent pro came to mind first.

I'm a big fan of Big Cheese rodents. The price, packaging and feeder quality are all excellent.
