I have a young BP in a terrarium, 36"x18"x18", and thinking of getting another young BP.
Is this enough room to house 2 Ball Pythons?

I dont recommend housing 2 bps in the first place.

Agreed!
I think some more research on keeping snakes is in order, unless you are thinking of putting a divider in the cage which seems unlikely given the dimensions.
This topic is discussed on this board at length in various threads. Do a search and you will quickly find what the most educated and experienced keepers recommend.

u have 2 threads in this forum asking about housing 2 BP's together and we've advised against it. why do i get the feeling that u will do it anyway? they're your animals, but think of them first if costs or whatever else is the issue. u want your BP's comfortable not competing for space or warmth. u can also get a plastic tub instead - way cheaper and it will maintain husbandry better than a viv or tank.

I wouldn't recommend housing 2 BP's together. If you want another one, get another enclosure or tub. Anything else is unfair to the animals.

Better idea, take the money you'd spend on a new ball python and use it to decorate the terrarium all nice and natural.
