    AKA Dave
    First lock of the season
It's been a long time since I've done this so I'm pretty excited. The snakes were acting a bit odd last night so on a hunch I put my 1.0 Mojave YB in with my 0.1 Killer Bee. They were locked up this morning when I checked on them. Now in the old days, when albinos where the it snake, I'd keep putting the male back in with the female every other week or so till she ovulates or rejects him and let her keep pounding rats. Is this still a preferred practice? I'm going on memory and what I've been reading up on, so if any veterans out there care to share or comment I'm all ears.

Congrats Dave, its always nice to find a good lock. Nice pairing too. I try to get 4-5 locks per pairing. My males that are paired to only one girl (first time breeders) go in every Sunday. The experience males that may see 2-3 females goes in on Sunday and rotates to the next female the following Sunday.
