    Hi just after some advice a little concerned my royal has loose skin/scales under his belly. last shed was about 6 weeks ago temps are fine and humidity is 61%. am i worrying about nothing or is this common. Thanks

    Has he been eating on a regular basis ? Does he or can he soak in his water dish? I ask because dehydration can be a real issue.

    he has a large water dish and eats every 7 days never missed a feed his sheds have always been perfect and he has a moist hide.

    If your concerned that's a good thing it means your paying Attention to your Baby They are all babies to me no matter what their age is lol Keep a close eye on your Ball if he eats and is drinking thats good me I would soak him in a Sterile tub not to deep on the water.

    What kind of substrate are you using. Ball pythons do like high humidity but it's also important that they be allowed to dry out. Is it possible that you're keeping the cage too wet?
