    Possible shed?
Hey everyone! Belles been doing good but shes gotten a little pink tummy and what I think is the starts of blue. I just wanted to post and see because if it is it would be her first shed with us and we want to be sure before bumping up the humidity.

Looks like she's getting ready to shed. I can usually tell when the eyes start to look cloudy and blue.

Yes, she's starting! She'll hibernate while her eyes are blind, and may come out for 1-2 days before she actually sheds

She'll cloud up a lot more, then clear up again before the shed comes off. You might want to mist her with water 1-2x daily, or give her a 'humid hide' with a bit of damp sphagnum moss in it.

Just a warning, some of my snakes get a bit grumpy during shed, so I try not to disturb them other than misting. They can be defensive while they're in the blue.

Thanks so much guys! We're keeping the humidity up and will leave her alone for a while. I forgot to mention she also refused food on Sunday, so it's nice to know this most likely is why!

Quick update. We checked on her today when we changed her water and she's definitely in blue now!
