My dad had a really bad fall on the weekend, his blood pressure spiked and dropped in about 10 seconds while he was on a walk, and he lost consciousness. When he woke up (less than 20 seconds later. he wasn't out for long) he had a wicked shiner and his left hand was swelling. At the hospital they found out that he had a concussion as well as a cracked orbital bone and about 5 bones in his wrist and hand that are either broken or in the wrong place, so today he has to have emergency surgery. I'm not so worried about the hand surgery as the "putting a pin in millimeters from his eye and brain" thing. Thoughts and prayers would be greatly appreciated today.
