    The day finally came
So here he is, my first ball python:dance:. No name yet. As soon as I got him home he immediately explored every inch of his new home, the curled up in the warm hide and hasn't left since. He's a little dull, and has that blue pre-shed tint to his head, so it will be really exciting when his colors are fresh. http://ball-pythons.net/gallery/file...5/img_1304.jpg

His parents were a mystic and a cinnamon crystal. I was originally looking at a butter pastel, but when I got to the expo where I was meeting the breeder, I saw this guy. He was the same price, and when handling he was actively crawling around and relaxed, the butter on the other hand was curled tight in a ball even when still in the show container. All in all his personality and uniqueness compared to the other morphs in my price range won me over.

Just wondering as many Mohaves I've seen seem to have a fair amount of striping down the spine .

I love that color! The markings are cool too.

    Congrats!

Hope you put up a photo post shed. I'd love to see him 'refreshed'
