pewter * pastel clutch ID
Hello!
I got a pretty clutch from a pastel female bred to pewter and pastel males. There is a baby pewter, two superpastels and two pastels.
I am wondering about one superpastel baby: The head is whitey silver as in supers but the body pattern is kind of too busy (?), with some speckling on the sides. There are also some all-white areas on top of her head/neck. She is totally different from her more normal-looking superpastel sister. What do you think of her, is she a superpastel or a crazy light pastel, or something else?
Thank you very much in advance! - Kati

From what I seen I believe it is a super pastel

It is a super pastel. The head will likely darken a bit as it grows and sheds.
Here are pics of a straight pastel girl I had hatch this year that the head was white enough it looked like a super but couldn't be as it was a Pastel to Normal pairing.

Here is a pic of her now at over 200 grams.

These are both just cell phone pics so it's not the best quality or lighting, but I think you can see the change.
