    As far as I know, non of my reptiles are diabetic (knock on wood!) :P

    J/K, I flirt with the ragged edge of pre-diabetic and full blown diabetes. Hopefully that will change this year if I can get off my fat butt and commit to a healthier lifestyle.:(

    For type ones, genetics. For type twos, a combination of genetic predisposition, and lifestyle issues, such as bad diet and being overweight.
