Baby boa wont eat
So I got 2 baby blood boas, one eats every time offered and the other doesnt. She looks like she is starting to get skinny so I'm getting worried. I've been feeding frozen thawed and like I said the other one takes it every time. I tried the paper bag trick with no luck. Please help

Contact the breeder and ask what he was feeding it. Also have you tried live?

He was feeding live hoppers but I'm really trying to stay away from live. I don't understand why one would eat f/t and the other won't haha

Snakes are individuals.
That baby needs food, so give it live until it grows to a point where it can afford to miss a meal or two. Then try to convert.
Boas have a great feeding response and tend not to be picky like BPs. S/he should convert easily enough later down the road.
I recently converted an Adult. I just skipped a meal so she would be good and hungry. She went for it the first time. Haven't had any problems thereafter.

She did take f/t about a week after I got her (first meal) but hasn't since. Maybe I will have to try live

You should also find out exactly what the baby was housed in and follow the same housing routine to a T!
As Reinz mentioned they are all individuals. They are also far more prone to stresses at a young age. Otherwise healthy boas can quickly go down hill due to stress and a change in environment. If you want to get off to a good start with this individual, you need to duplicate the environment it was in prior to having it in your care.
Feed it as it was fed and house it as it was housed. Temps, setup, everything!
A boa that is not feeding is a boa that is stressed.
Your best recipe for success is to find out how the snake was cared for before you received it.

Sorry to hear about the boas not eating. Even though it is more rare for boas to go off of feed, it does happen. Definitely go with live. I understand that you want to do f/t, which is great, but it make take a couple live feedings to get the feeding response revved up. My big albino female that I have right now was a very bad eater as a baby. I had her in an enclosed rack, proper temps and humidity and she just wouldn't eat sometimes. One day it seemed to click with her, and she began pounding food. Nothing changed in her environment, she just seemed to perk up. Like others said, each boa has their own personality and behaviors. My albino female is now huge and ready to breed this season. Her growth was normal, and overcame the initial almost year of sporadic eating. Don't worry, the boas will eat for you eventually.

Don't be surprised if when you reintroduce f/t if they don't rip the feeder off the tongs. I've had many boas that are not at all interested in striking the feeder, but will slowly eat it if it's just left in the cage. Sometimes the lower feeding response individuals will never strike at anything that isn't alive. Just wanted to give you a heads up so you don't become frustrated.
