    Morph or Not
Hi all I picked up my first beardie off of craigslist. She Is a month and a half old and I payed $30 for her, her lights and the rest of her setup. I just noticed she has red on her and was wondering if she is a morph of sorts or just a normal. Thanks!

Could be one of the "Fancy" ones they sell at Petsmart. I'd imagine it could be a high red or something low end like that.

    Still a very pretty animal.

I've read up on the description of leatherback and I was curious if she may be one. Her back feels like really fine grit sand paper and is much smoother than her side stomach and head. Any opinions? Thanks!

All 3 of ours kinda 'grew' into their spikes so to say. Our little boy looks just like yours. Color also richens up with some aging. Our citrus tiger turned redder and redder. Cant wait to see how your little fella grows up! Have you sexed it?

Yep, female. I can't wait for her to grow up a bit. I was hoping to get another beardie today was at the store, found a really awesome colored baby on sale, left for 20 mins and found out they closed at 6. Kinda bummed but there's aways tomorrow
