    Escape!
I've had my new little Pastel GS BP for about a week now, and she's already made an escape. I'm not sure how, because I still don't believe she was able to push the lid up, but she did. I've turned my entire room upside down and found nothing. I've searched my Het Albino's terrarium in case I somehow put her in there in my sleep or something crazy like that -- nothing. I'm on the second floor in my house, and I have no idea if she's on the top floor or bottom floor. Where do I start and what should I do?

Whenever my boa escaped I had put live feeder mice in cages on every floor, also make some homemade hides and put your UTH under everyone on every floor, if you only have 1 you can purchase the 72 hour temporary heat packs. Your BP should appear, patience is needed though. Mine was gone for 2 weeks and was on the same floor. Hope this
    helps and good luck.

I found her in the most odd fashion.

I first started looking about three hours ago. About 30 minutes into my search, my family's parrot started squawking even though my brother and I are the only ones home and no noise was going on in the room she was in. Confused, I went into her room and looked around, though I didn't find anything. My father called and asked me to change the parrot's food and water and cover her for the night, and when I was explaining little BPs escape, I walked into the parrot's room as I was mentioning the oddity of her sqwuaking, I turned my head and saw little BP curled up behind some stuff next to the other door.

I guess that's why she was so upset earlier -- she could see (clearly much better than I) little BP's movement. I can't believe the parrot led me to her like that. I would've never searched that room as thoroughly as I did my own.

We love happy endings.......now let's prevent this from happening again. What do you do to secure her enclosure?
