Do Ball pythons eat during Maternal Incubation?
Common question I often get: Do Ball pythons eat during Maternal Incubation?
In my experience (several maternal incubation clutches over the last decade), it can vary depending on the individual- some refuse the entire time, others will show interest in food. This LemonBlast female has taken 3 meals so far. I will offer food every 10-14 days starting a few days after laying. She's around day 40 in the video.

Great question! I've never had a female crush or harm her own eggs when constricting prey. It's like they know exactly how much to coil!

some of mine are very agressive feeders and I am really worried about that she could crush her eggs when constricting her rat (I feed F/T but they constrict none the less) is this a reasonable fear or something that just wont happen?
I got no eggs at the moment just thinking about the near future
