    issues with spider feeding?
i recently got a 1600g female spider bp, and shes a sweet girl and quite the looker. however i got her 1.5 weeks ago, and she has yet to feed. she was a tiny bit sick last week with a very minor RI, but luckily with a few adjustments she beat it before it got bad at all. her wobble is a corkscrew, and it changes in severity, it can be medium to pretty bad, but i wouldnt say debilitating. last weekend i put the rat in and she killed it right away, but didnt eat it. tried again today with a slighty smaller rat, and wouldnt even strike. i know its not "normal" for a bp to go off feed, and i know the change in environment and the stress of illness doesnt help, but does the wobble hinder some spiders enough to go off feed? she was getting live at the store, but should i try frozen thawed? mice? gerbils?

It is "normal" for them to go off feed...especially of she was sick... give it time and let her be until she dose eat..it has nothing to with the gene
