Oh god, it's yet another 'look at my dinker' thread!
Yes, I know, normal until proven otherwise. And that's where I'm looking for advice for that point, 2 or 3 years hence. What morphs should I try her against? And if she is indeed just the prettiest normal EVER, what morphs do you think she'd be good to pair her with to 'improve' them? I'm thinking cinnamon and mojave, but I'm still a relative newb to ball python morphs (corn snakes are SO MUCH SIMPLER GUYS OMG).

Technically? She's a captive hatched import from Africa, but was sold as a likely genetic prospect.

Looks black pastel/cinnamon-esque to me. I'd start there for pairings. Breed her with a super for better odds!

When I looked at the first pic I thought Black pastel right away. I would go with black pastel or leopard with this one. Did the seller mention sub Saharan to you at any time? :O Nice pickup!

Nope. No mention of sub-saharan. Just a captive hatched baby that he thought looked like cinnamon, but with enough differences that he didn't want to outright call it one. Even if she's just a new line of cinny, she is absolutely stunning to me.

I like dinkers and have a few (5-6) and that is a great pickup. But I might suggest a different breeding path. Don't pair it with things that are "like" it. Pair it with something that strongly reacts to the gene you think it is. For instance, Stranger and Lesser react, producing a easily identifiable snake. If I had a CH import I thought was a Stranger I'd test that by breeding it to a Lesser and see if I get the same reaction. If you think it is a new line of Cinnamon then breed it with something that makes a distinctive Cinnamon X snake. Then if you don't get that you rule out it being a Cinnamon.

SamO, that's a really good idea, thank you!

She is sexy and my first thought was Cinny.
Find a combo you like and get to work LoL

She's beautiful! My first thought was cinnamon or black pastel, but I'm not very familiar with either.
