Will my ball python bite me?
I have been on holiday so my BP has not been handled in 3 weeks as the person feeding and changing his water did not have the time and when I went into my room today he struck at the glass, he has not been fed in 15 days because he was shedding is it because he has not been handled or because he is hungry. Will he bite me?

I'd go with hungry, but watch your fingers.

if the person who is supposed to be caring for your animal while you're away says they do not have the time, then either you planned poorly, or they are zero percent dependable.
