"you didn't rescue her, you saved her life"
When I started wanting to get back into collecting ball pythons again I was offered a normal unknown sex at the time and the owner wasn't sure of the age either a 2011 or 2012 ball though. well when I seen her I was hoping it was a male just because that age and the size was horrifying! I took the snake right away. it was being kept in a 75 gallon tank no heat pad no heat at all and was only fed when the owner thought about it. well when I got her home and went and purchased a scale the snake weighed 547g! yes I said 547g 3-4 year old snake and the worst part it turned out to be a female. So here I was with a 2011 or 2012 normal Female Ball weighing in at 547g so small but the nicest snake ever!! she is loved so much her as all our other snakes our. she is doing better now she is eating small rats now and is up to 800g since 8/5/15 she eats weekly and is so happy now. when I had her sexed and told the breeder it was a 11'/12' his jaw dropped and I said I rescued her from someone he said "you didn't rescue her, you saved her life" here are some pictures of her from several weeks ago. she is amazing. my 4 year old son named her Butter Star lol. don't know where he got that name but that's her name! she is really the nicest snake ever and my BEST eater.

thank you everyone. I love her. she is the sweetest thing. she has a special place in my heart because of the story behind her. I was able to give her a second chance and maybe breed her one day. if she never breeds I wont be upset because she; as all my snakes are part of the family. :)
