    Substrate stuck in snakes mouth.
As the title states my snake has a good amount of eco earth stuck In the roof of her mouth. I know now it's probably not the best substrate, I used it with success for years with many species without issue. But on the roof of my snakes mouth is a good amount of it caked up. Should I let it work the problem out on its own? I tried to scrape it out, but the snake as expected is not participating. It does seem to be clogging the airway but it is preventing her mouth to close properly. In your opinion is this a threat to her life?

Not a threat to her life. A couple seconds under the tap ought to clear most of it out though.

I'm not a snake expert but I would say that for now at least you might want to switch to paper towels or blank newspaper so that at least no more of it gets stuck. Also, I'm assuming you meant "it doesn't seem to be be clogging the airway." In that case, I don't see why it would be life-threatening.
