    Lemonblast female
Got a nice lemonblast female yesterday. She weighed in at 2,758 grams, is a 2011. I am going to put her with my normal male in November, and see what happens :D

You so missed it, but you will see when you pair your normal male to her.

Yeah I know everyone hates normals, or even just two gene animals for that matter, but he is the only male I have ready now... :P

I believe PitOnTheProwl was saying you would get pastels and pins from that pairing. She looks like a very nice lemonblast. Congrats! :)

What males do you want to pair with her in the future?

This is what you missed. I know what a Lemon Blast is, have one myself that will either be seeing a Pewter, Super Stripe or Pastel/Lesser in a couple months.

I wouldn't say that. There are a lot of us that have normals and love them. Same with one and two gene animals. Personally I have no problem having normals pop up in a clutch. Where I am there is a shortage actually and IMO, it's a lot easier to get someone into the hobby with a $20-$40 normal than a several hundred or even several thousand dollar morph. I like to think of them as "gateway snakes". Am I planning on breeding for normals? No. Do I mind seeing them? Not really. I'd much rather see the $$$ go into a proper setup. This is of course just my two cents.

Back to the original post, your Lemonblast looks great! I've seem some very faded or browned out ones recently and she is not. Congrats.
