Random Drive and Tour

hey peeps,

so this is totally off-topic, but i thought i’d share it. awhile back I made a driving vid b/c I had wanted to take one last ride on my city’s Alaskan Way Viaduct. driving north on this double-decker freeway offers spectacular views of the city of Seattle – you get the city skyline coming at you in 3-D on the right and on the left, our “Squidport” waterfront, bay and majestic snowcapped Olympic Mountains in the background. :)

anyway the viaduct is old, falling apart and a deathtrap, similar to the portion of the 880 double-decker freeway that collapsed during the big San Francisco/Bay Area earthquake. the city was scheduled to tear down the viaduct this summer but didn’t. whatever. :rolleyes:

anyway i thought that i would record this drive. i was just driving aimlessly with no real direction.

ugh, my little drive continues after the traffic jam. then i thought i would cross the bridge to the suburbs where my sister lives and visit her and her hubby. lol
