Need help, BP mouth issue

So about 4 days ago (friday 28th) i noticed some light discoloring on one of my ball pythons mouth. i monitored it over the weekend and noticed it get worse so i took some pictures today so i
could get some help.

both my ball pythons are in the same type of environment and this one is the only one with a issue.
Terrarium conditions:
91 degrees hot side/ 80 degrees cold side
56% humidity
orchid bark
water changed out everyday or every other day.
UTH with thermostat and a elevated heat lamp.

Are you talking about the lighter pinkish spot near the corner of the mouth or the black spot near the front?

the black spots

That looks like an infection to me. First, use a wet Q-tip to gently wipe off whatever can be wiped off. If there is discoloration beneath that then it's an infection. Probably still somewhat mild. Mix 1 part betadine or chlorhexidine-brand name Hibiclens (betadine has more infection-fighting power in my experience) to four parts water and swab the area twice daily. If after a few days it doesn't look like it's improving, time to think about a vet visit. You don't want to waste time and end up with a severe mouth infection.

EDIT: Also, I'd put him on newspaper or paper towels for now. You don't want dust or debris from substrate sticking to the area and potentially irritating it more.

okay i will try that i put some neosporin on it today because i didnt know what else to do. and yes its a little bit under as well so it could be an infection. i have opened his mouth twice and its only in that area nothing else has anything wrong

I wouldn't use Neosporin on the mouth. Also, if you use Neosporin anywhere on a snake, be sure to use the kind that doesn't have painkillers in it. I've known people who say that causes some pretty bad reactions on the scales (even the normal stuff can cause scale problems if you use it too often).

If there's nothing anywhere else on the mouth and no swelling on the inside around the infected area I think you have a decent chance of being able to treat this at home.

this is he first time and i used it very gingerly.
yea thats what i was thinking im very attentive with my snakes to make sure they are okay. the black in just what you see in the pic and directly under what you see. the mouth doesnt have any thick saliva everything else is perfect but that location. i have betadine so i really do hope that works. ill update on friday to see if it works or is helping

Is there anything he can rub on and damage his sublabial scales in his tank? Does the black stuff smell? Looks like it could be mouth rot.
I would use the betadin instead of Neosporin. Betadin is a life saver when it comes to reptiles since you can use it pretty much everywhere and for all wound treatments without much concern for side affects or bad reactions. It also relieves pain. When treating him just make sure he does not rub his snout on anything to much, do not need him making the wound worse.

no he only hardly rubs his mouth on the terrarium wall other than that nothing in his cage would cause any damage usually when i put him back in th cage he either chills around his water dish or slowly goes back in his hide. and like i said i have betadine and im planing on using it ill update on his condition

we just got our snake and i think its scale rot she yawns about twice a day but her mouth seems healthy how do i help her
