Making decent progress on these with 6/12 now taking f/t rat pinks. Once they have stronger feeding responses I'll get them outside for some proper updates. They're still timid little things that prefer their food left with them overnight.

Your carpet looks great. I think their eyes look so cool. I have one that is eating rat pinks. However the other one, is like your very timid and defensive. They are so much fun to work with.

    Nice,

Damn near looks like a wild specimen in color and pattern which I like a lot.

Great looking little guy there. I love the markings too! It will be good to see how his markings are magnified in a yr!

    Congrats!

Growing like weeds and starting to color up a bit. Here's one with thicker yellow bands. I handle as little as possible so get tagged every time but they're all one and done - pretty chill after they realize I'm not food or a threat.

Got a fair shot of the dam today too. The sunlight washed her yellows out a bit but made up for it with a bit of iridescence. She's starting to fill out more, especially in the head region, like the sire.

Have to add a picture of old man cheynei too, even if it's a couple months old, for the sake of comparison. He definitely has more of a classic/wild type look. I'm personally a fan of the black tipping though most folks are into the higher yellow content in their jungles.

Those are some exceptional JCP's John. The colors are popping nicely on that hatchling too.
