    Meet the new boy!
He's finally here! FedEx delivered this little guy about a week ago. I've been admiring this morph for what feels like forever, and I finally have one! He also has a little bonus gene in the mix...

This is a GHI Het Red Axnathic from GHI Reptiles. He's absolutely gorgeous! Pictures really do him no justice. He had his first meal with me yesterday, and took a frozen thawed rat with no problems. He doesn't have a name just yet, but I might call him Eiffel because he has a marking on his neck that looks like the tower and I was in Paris the day before he was shipped in. I have a lot of future plans for this boy. I'm planning on breeding him to a cinnamon fire, enchi lesser pastel, onyx pastel and maybe a mahogany when they're big enough. These are just the pictures of him after I got him out of the box. I'll get some better ones up soon. :D

Thank you! I really want to try making GHI gargoyles. I've never heard of them being made, but I imagine them being awesome. This snake has one really weird habit that I find hilarious. I use a temperature gun to check his tub, and of course that means there's a moving red dot in there. He likes to follow the dot. He moves his head to watch it and flicks his tongue at it. He does that until I stop using the gun. I've never seen a snake do that before!
