Ball python heat tape question PLEASE HELP
Hey guys I was wondering if you can answer a question please? I live in P.A and it's about to get cold soon so I want to order some heat tape for my hatchling/juvenile ball python rack cause I live in an older house and it gets very cold in the winter but I don't know what size to get. I was thinking 6 inch because I have and open system on the sides and back but don't want to get to carried away with the heat. I do have an herpstat 1 to control temperature but still unsure and i need to imstall it before the weather brakes. PLEASE HELP ME!!! THANKS IN ADVANCE

For the 3 inch even if it's a open setup where Temps in my house can drop below the 600 at some point? Would the 3 inch give them enough heat?

Would the 3 inch be enough heat if the room drop below 60 degrees?

I know I was thinking space heater and humidifier should fix the ambient temperature and humidity problems

As long as the six inch doesn't cover more than half...

Three inch heat tape. You can put a blanket over the whole rack to help keep the heat in since it has open sides.
