Good weight for an adult male?
I've searched the forums, but all I could find is that they all grow differently. I was hoping someone could tell me an acceptable range for a 4 year old male, 3 foot, give or take a few inches.

I wouldn't worry about a number, as long as the snake is eating and seems to be a healthy weight/shape you are good, it can vary so much depending on length. I think my male was around 1400 grams at that age, not a breeder just a pet and he's sitting a little over five pounds now at around 10 years old and four feet long.

Thanks! My boy just seems really small (800 grams) and I wanted to make sure that's not underweight! He's eating good (although he hates rats and will only eat mice), so I guess I'll just let him do his thing and not worry about it!

Mouse eaters tend to grow slower but as long as he eats your good.

I have two males. One is 800g or so and the other is 1100g or so, 2.5 and 7 years old, respectively.

I have two males, one is only about 2-3 months older than the other but outweighs him by 400g and is almost a foot longer. But the smaller seems happy and healthy so no worries.

My male is over 800 grams and he's only 11.5 months old. He's also 40 inches long. They will grow at different rates. I just have a big juvie boy and he eats very well. I have not over fed him at all either. Every 7 days. He has shed every 5 weeks like clock work. (He's DH for Caramel and Pied)

Thanks everyone! He was a bad feeder from the start, so he hasn't grown very fast. He's been eating great lately so hopefully he'll put some weight on now!
