humidifier pump

    where can i get one (i'm going to build the actual humidifier)

    also are there different sizes or stuff like that

    i'll be using it in a 30 gallon tank

    Just go to the fish section and get an air pump. They are rated by how powerful they are(10gal,20-30gal, and so forth) I would buy one that is a little more powerful than you need, so it will work more efficiently without breaking down early. Hope that helped :)

    A humidifier uses somehting called a difuser not bubbles. But the ones for the herp biz are small... Look into replacement parts for foggers...

    Go here, it will give you all the info. you need to make your own. We made one and used it when I had Sophie in a glass tank and it worked great. We used a pump for a 5-10 gallon fish tank. That seemed to be enough power to keep the humidity at the desirable level.

    EDIT: Also, to answer your original question, Wal-Mart carries pumps, the one we used cost less than $10. Also, any pet store should have them.
