HOW DO I GET THE EXACT ONE?

Chances are you will have to contact the breeder who produced it and shell out a lot of money.

That is a paradox, they are pretty rare, theory is they are made when two twins join together. It is not a morph, just something that happens. and then on top of that it is a double recessive, which it might be the only double recessive paradox in the world.
