New baby Orange Ghost ball python wheeze or whistle normal?
Hi guys. So I've been letting my new baby Orange Ghost python settle in. and today I just picked him up for the first time. I've noticed that he is yawing alot and has been doing a whistle type wheezing thing.. its hard to describe. Does this mean he is just stressed out from being shipped? Do some morphs make a whistling sound normally?

A few morphs can have a whistle but orange ghost isn't one of them. That combined with the recent shipping stress and yawning makes me think yours is in the early stages of RI.

If they just ate sometimes they yawn a lot to fix their jaw. But idk if they would really feed one so close to shipping. Sometimes you can hear them from stress of handling. Like, if someone hugs you really hard or you move around a lot, it's easier to hear yourself breathing.

    Either way good luck!
