Give 'til it herps!

As you might have noticed, some of the staff are sporting new banners in our sigs encouraging you to shop at our online store. For all purchases made in the month of December, we will give 50% of the profits to Rusty Reptiles to support the fabulous work that Rusty and her family do.

Please consider buying some of your holiday gifts or just a treat for yourself from our shop. Any time you make a purchase from the shop, the profits go to supporting this site and covering costs of hosting, domain registration, and licensing. Not a penny goes into our pockets, so it's a good cause any time of the year, but especially now when you'll be helping to provide food, housing, and vet care for abused and neglected herps that have made their way into Rusty's care.

We will be featuring further fundraising efforts for Rusty Reptiles this month as well, with more details to be posted as they are available.

Oh wow, I didn't even know there was an online shop here. I wish there was some things like reptile supplies.. would it be possible to broaden the range of products on there? Just an idea.

That's a great idea, and we can look into that for the future.

Darn, I already bought some stuff about a month ago. Can I just make a straight donation to Rusty's Reptiles? I'd be willing to do that. I'm not loaded or anything, but I'm sure every little bit helps.

I had been holding on buying for a while, but since now half of it goes to Rusty, I went ahead and picked up a couple of shirts :) Perefect timing acutally. I'd was originally going to wait until december anyway.
