my breeder just informed me, that there is possibility that my snake is possibly a spot nose. For the snake newbie how do I tell? He also told me, that it would be really hard to tell.

if a guy sells me a snake as one type then comes back and says it may be another and its gonna be really hard to tell kinda would kill my confidence buying from that breeder.. unless the type you were told it was supposed to be are very hard to tell apart like vanilla and fires then i could maybe understand

well its a long story, but our snake was hatched from the snake that our breeder bought. when our breeder bought the female snake, she was already pregnant. the breeder he bought her from was new to breeding and didn't know the difference between a normal and a spot nosed. I have known our breeder for years and completely trust him, he is a great guy. And from what I have been told if you don't know how to spot a spot nose (lol) you would never have known. Our breeder didn't know that a spot nose was a possibility when he bought her. He was under the impression that it was two normals bred together.
