    Lesser X Butter
Fore warning, all pic in this post are of the neonates less then 3 day old.

The 3rd clutch has hatched; this is the 2nd clutch from my Lesser male to hatch.

This is one of the Lesser's from his first clutch

Now for his second clutch the Dame was a Butter. There were 5 good eggs in this clutch one was a normal and the others are.
    The first 3 neonates...

    and the 4th neonate...

I feel like the first 3 would be Lesser's but since the 4th one resembles his first clutch so well, I am torn on whether or not they are Lesser's or Butter's.

Now I have read that there are some out there that class both the lesser and the butter as the same morph.

With that said I am interested in what your opinions are.

Also, thank you for your time.

The last one looks like a mojave to me. I see you have a male mojave, was he ever in with her?

This was her first clutch, she was a virgin.

This is the Lesser from his first clutch post shed.

This is why I am torn as to if the 3 lighter ones are Lesser's or Butter's

Unless your butter came from the original butter line then it isnt a true butter. I have a butter bee who i can trace back to the original line but i call everything else in my collection a lesser. There is difference in her color and in how she aged. Even my lessers vary significantly. Ones almost a greenish caramel color, ones typical lesser, and the other is super white andgets whiter with age. Id say you have a couple nice lessers but you will get a headache trying to label them seperately (not to mention starting up the lesser=butter argument every time you talk about it)

So what makes a "true" butter different than any other Butter/Lesser?
