Just thought I would share one of my many problems with the community lol. I am a chronic sleep walker. Just about every night I sleep walk from my comfy bed to my couch and usually wake up there but that is the small stuff. Sometimes I carry out conversations with people and change my clothes its actually quite annoying. Everybody loves to tell me the stories of what happened it very embarrassing. Just thought I would share and anybody else that has sleep walked tell us your storys.

haha... well, i have a bad habit of sitting up in the middle of my sleep and opening my eyes. when i was little, my dad used to come in and kiss me goodbye before he left for work.. at least 2 times a week, he'd walk in and i'd be staring at him. when he walked up to my bed, my gaze would just follow him. he said it was really creepy, and half the time if he saw me staring at him, he'd just say "uhhh bye" and leave. :)

he talks in different languages in his sleep, too. i woke up once because he was screaming in PERFECT russian, and he doesnt even know another language except english! he's really odd... heh

dont feel weird i remember this one time when i was little i was hel asleep in my room and then i woke up in the living room(it was a big house, so that meant it was a little walk) and when i woke i asked my dad how i got here and he said i was watchin tv last night and u came in here layed down on the couch and went back to sleep, and then i saw myself doing that(happened numerous times) because my dad filmed it and i looked freaky!

used to sleep walk a lot as a child, to the point where my parentshad to change the locks on theoutside doors of hte house so I wouldn't go wandering away. I still do have wakeless walks every now and then, but so fr so good. I have been know to do all kinds of things when I am walking around asleep, really odd stuff.
