Lesser Super Z, A Year Later
Hard to believe she's a year old this month. Her yellows are becoming brighter now. Even more exciting, she'll be a big sister soon...

The Z is a project I've been working on for the past few years. It appears to be a co-dominant trait, but I still need to make a pure super Z form. The girl pictured appears to be a Lesser Super Z. You can read more about it on http://www.pacificcoastreptiles.com/projects.html

Beautiful! I bet enchi and Orange dream would go well with that.

I really like the busy pattern. Nice snake! What other Super Z combinations are you excited about?

Thanks for the kind words. I'm really enjoying working with this morph and I feel like I've only scratched the surface. The Lesser Super Z was quite the surprise. I haven't even made a plain Super Z yet, but maybe this year. We may see some black pastel Zs this year, and perhaps vanilla Zs. Future pairings will include enchi, orange dream, calico and mojave, but supers with those will be a ways off. I'm certainly open to any suggestions!
