    Probe placement
    heya,

ok so my new rack is almost done I only need to place the thermostat probe and test run the set-up.

It is a 10 shelf rack, if it was a 9 shelf rack I would have placed the probe under the 5th tub and it would be in the middle but now with the ten shelfs...

I am not sure if I should put it under the 5th or 6th tub to get the most accurate reading. I am asking as I ofcourse know that heath goes up and was thinking the lower the probe the bigger the difference to the top and vice versa, or does it not really matter?

This. Personally, I went with the 5th in my 8 high rack, but it probably doesn't matter much either way. :gj:

Temp gun all shelves after a couple hours of running and you may need to move the probe to balance the rack.
