    Looks like one to me but I'm no expert. I asked not too long ago about a clutch of yellow belly and specters myself (was having some trouble with IDing the specters) but there wasn't a whole lot of opinions. It seems not a whole lot of people have experience (or at least confident experience) with the other side of the yellow belly complex yet. However, in your case, that hoof print head stamp makes it more likely (imo) that it is a spark.

    It does have the stamp on its head which is a clear sign of a spark. I have one myself.

    as for the yellow belly/Spector, they are very similar looking morphs and yellow bellies in themselves are very hard to identify and sometimes have to be bred to be proven.
