Ok to cool sub adults and juveniles?
So i have a rack that holds 18 32qt tubs and its my only rack so im keeping all my bps in there. My smallest one is a little over 350. But my question is would that be ok for younger ball pythons? I have had a really bad experience with an RI infection and im really worried about another one coming back up. My cooling is around 82 hot spot and 79 cool side. The. during the day it goes back up to 88. http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/07...5e4fd14de5.jpghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/07...61f8cbaa49.jpghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/07...244e37254a.jpg

If you have already caused a RI, why do you continue to lower your temperatures?
There is no need to lower them.

I wouldn't think those temperatures would be likely to cause issue. Several people keep animals around 80 degrees with no hotspot.

The question would be why are you cooling them? It is not necessary.

Also what happened to the snakes that had RI?

No I did not cause the snake to get RI I ordered him and he came in like that. And of course the breeder didn't respond to any of my calls or texts.

You still didnt answer why youre cooling. Cooling is never required for ball pythons.

though cooling is not needed, a lot of breeding guides tell you to lower the temps.

I do not know if he has adult females in that rack and wants to breed them?
