The little heart marking is really neat! I use to have a Hypo with O's all down his back and a Clown with a bow tie shaped marking.

Wanna know something even cooler? My five year of and three year old picked the name :) Five year old can name most of the gen 1 pokemon if you show a picture. Parenting done right, right? Lol. And they are crazy about snakes!

Nice! That's really impressive. I still play the new generation games that come out, but its cool that you're teaching them gen 1 :). Apparently when I was a toddler I used to make my mom print out pictures of Pokemon XD.

Just the other day I saw someone commenting on a pic of a 1st gen squirtle saying how stupid the new Pokémon look... xD sorry if this is a bit off topic but you reminded of it lol

Wooow, I hope I'm misinterpreting that and someone didn't call Squirtle a new Pokemon XD. :hijackd: by Pokemon fans lol.

Nope! My husband showed it to me. The person was arguing with others saying it was ugly so it had to be new or something ridiculous along those lines xD

Also to the OP congrats on the first shed! I was soooo excited when mine shed for the first time and it was complete just like yours :) Mine is in the middle of a shed at the moment!

No worries on jacking the thread for pokemon! My kids have watched the first three seasons of the Pokemon cartoon about 3 times all the way through... that is how daughter knows all the first gen. Just this morning she was watching it and singing the theme song :)

And yeah, my eye always twitches when people act like pokom fans but don't like/know first gen, lol.

Following the highjack....Oh the memories. I used to cut promos for the first few seasons back in the day with Kids WB. Used to know the song too, but it was not by choice. Just kind of gets in your head.
