Het pied markers are not 100% and only really help if you know the parents could have produced a het. Where did you get your snake from?

Here are my two 100% het pied males

and one of my possible het females

There can be a good deal of variation within the markers nor are the markers always indicators of the animal being het pied. The best thing to do is to purchase from a reputable breeder. Normals can exhibit these traits without being het pied. For example my first ball python is a female normal that has very "strong" markers, but was sold as a normal only. She came from a pet store, I have no background information on her. For all I know she could be CH (based on more experience and her size at purchase this is not unlikely) but until anything is proven differently, she is nothing but a pretty normal.

A while back I put together a little photo collage with several of my normals and my het pied het albino male.
He is the top right. The normal female mentioned above is top left
The other two are a burn survivor rescue and a normal male

    Hope that helps you!

Het Pied markers are very variable from strong marker to less obvious.

Do I believe in markers? Yes I have successfully proved out several females that were poss het. Would I buy an het based on markers? No be because markers are not 100% reliable, he's should be bought from a reputable breeder whether markers are present or not it won't matter than.

Also a lot of people believe Het Pied markers are only about the belly and it's not, pattern and flames are also good indicators.

Do you have picture of the side of the animal and also full body shot?

Base on those yes they are Het Pied markers but other animals may also have the same marks including some specific mutations.
