    Possible star gazing?
Hey guys I got a snake in the mail today. He's a little over a month old.
I've only had him for a couple hours, but I'm a little concerned about how much he's been sticking his neck in the air. It's something I've read about, but I haven't seen it.

He was shipped on Monday, and arrived Wednesday. He was held for a day because there was a pretty bad thunderstorm between here and there.
I'm pretty confident that he's just stretching. He's been pretty active checking out his little temp tank.
I was just wondering what you guys thought, and how long I should wait before I take him to a vet.

    Thankshttp://cdncache-a.akamaihd.net/items...rrow-10x10.png a lot.

Id give him a few days to settle in. Just make sure that temps and humidity are under control. Don't pick him up for at least a week or two. Just monitor him and I'm betting he'll be fine!

Thank you, thank you. I figured I'd give him a few days, but I have no experience with little babies guys so it caught me off guard pretty bad haha.
I'll be back if I have any more questions

    Just periscoping :P

Whenever I've seen it in videos, stargazing just looks noticeably wrong. It's the sort of thing you see and just think "man, that can't be right".
