    Brazilian Rainbow Boa shedding issue...
I'm experiencing a shedding issue that I've never had before with any of my snakes. My BRB is finishing a shed cycle, and her eyes just went from cloudy to clear within the last couple days. She hasn't shed yet, but I'm noticing that she seems to have torn/snagged parts of her old skin? Should I be concerned? Last month (and all previous times) she's shed in one piece just fine. Humidity is between 85-95%, and never drops below 80%. I fed her yesterday, she's never refused a meal so I do feed while she's in shed (my BP is the only snake that won't eat at all during a shed cycle).

    Maybe a pic would help.

It sounds as if you have stuck shed but you shouldn't if your numbers are really what you say.

Can you see what may be causing the snags?

Re: Brazilian Rainbow Boa shedding issue...
As of this morning, she was all freshly shed and shiny again. There wasn't stuck shed at all, I'm thinking maybe it she hit a branch or something when she went in to constrict the (already dead) prey? BRBs have a pretty aggressive feeding response-I've just never seen any of my snakes tear their old skin like that before, so it concerned me a little.
