    Eros my new ball python.
    He's a orange ghost, got him on the 2nd of July. He's amazingly tame, even got his unboxing video. Sadly don't know his age, or what he eats. The place I bought him from online won't message me back.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0TeUI98JUQ

    Nice looking snake. Even though the lid looked a bit tough to get off, I wouldn't advise shipping in deli cups without securing the lid with tape...

    Considering he didn't have a heat pack, I think they messed up with a bit more. They also have horrible customer service, I asked what he eats and when he was born/age and they won't reply.

    Warm enough to not need a heat pack now. Have you tried to call them?
