Is this a Italian Leatherback?

From this picture, it doesn't look like a leatherback to me. Looks like there's too much scalation along the spine and back, which would make it just a regular beardie. It could just be the image, but I'm still thinking no.

I'm not an expert on beardie market prices, but my best guess would be around 80 dollars? You can sometimes find leatherbacks at the petstores and get them for around 50 dollars or so. They sort their dragons by fancy or not, and only the ones with an orangish tint are considered fancy.
