This is referring to the post "whats wrong?!". Read the first post there, its in the general forum. I jsut found out that Cupid has a early stage of mouth rot. I don't understand how he got it, but I think it had something to do with him rubbing his nose on the glass. I made a vet appointment for tuesday, and im glad we caught it this early. I hope he'll be OK till we can get him to a vet.  I'm so sad, I don't know what I did wrong, I feel like such a bad snake owner. :( :ashamed I hope it all works out.

if you caught it early, youre not a bad snake owner. Some people will notice something and won't do anything.

I still feel bad, I was told to raise his temps, and feed him SMALL meals until tuesday (vet). Is that what I was suposed to do?

Did he need fed? Are you talking Tuesday as in November 30th, or a later date? I might even skip feeding him this time, or if you are going to feed him i'd do it today. That way you either give him the full amount of time to let his meal digest, or you dont even worry about the meal being partially digested when he goes to the vet.

I use repti-carpet. I am pretty sure it is from rubbing his nose on the glass, he had been doing that alot lately. Should I feed him a small meal, or just not feed him till after the vet visit? He normally eats on thursdays or fridays, and the vet appointment is tues. the 30th.

Did he eat last week? I, personally, would wait to see what the vet has to say about the mouth rot before i fed him again. You could even feed him next Wednesday after his vet appt.
