    Brb setup opinions?
I am getting my first brb tomorrow! I have researched and I set up her new home but I'm not sure how well I did.

Warm side - water bowl, black reptile basics hide, plant, thermometer probe and barely any sub so as not to disturb heat.

Cool side - humid hide, lots of substrate to burrow in and humidity probe.

Right now my hot spot is sitting 80-83 with thermostat and humidity is at 99%, but I also just set up last night.

Is this okay? I want to make sure I have it right for her! I've only ever had bps so this is a change for me.

All your tamps seem perfect... When i had mine my temps and setup was pretty similar to urs... Im not sure how big you brb is that you getting. So just make sure ur water dish is large enuf for him 2 fully submerge himself as he will do this often.. They seem 2 like it... Even in high humidity. Hope this helps

Mine is pretty small. She was just hatched like 2 months ago. I think I'll try her with this and if she needs a bigger water dish I can easily switch it out.

    Thanks for your help :)

I second the larger bowl. Mine is in his water more than anywhere else.

Thank you. I'll pick up a bigger water bowl tonight. I was worried about it anyway because that one is kind of high and she's pretty small.... I guess I should get something bigger/shallower.

This. My BRB used hers as a hide also, by borrowing underneath and curling up in the hollow underside. :) She's too big for it now, but it was her favorite while it lasted.

I think your setup looks great! Love the buried humid hide.
